WALKING AT 9 MONTHS OLD!!!

So our little fairy princess cannot only stand on her own she is now walking...she can walk about 10 ft or so and everyday she keeps getting better. She will walk and then get so excited she will stop and clap for herself at that point she usually falls down but she is so happy. It is quite funny. She loves for me to hold her and point her in the direction of her favorite person...her Daddy! She loves to walk to her Daddy! Yep that is right people she is still a daddy's girl...nothing has changed. She would rather have her Dad than anyone else! She also has started the jibber jabber. She will just go on and on about jibberish! Anycia has taught her that when we hand her a cell phone to say hi and the jibberish starts. But if someone talks on the other side of the phone she stops to look at it and doesn't know what is going on. She is a funny girl. She will laugh just because you are laughing. She will eat pretty much anything.

So I had typed this and forgot to finish it. So today is July 18, 2008 and Kamri is walking EVERYWHERE! She is all over the place. She will even climb stairs. She is fearless, she just wants to be with the big kids. When we are outside she tries to walk across the road to our neighbors to see their dog, Daisy. She is a animal lover...especially dogs. She even tries to say "roof, roof!" Its is awfully cute. When people see her walking they ask if she is 12 months old...I tell them "nope only 9 1/2 months!" and they gasp and say "no way that is amazing!" Andy has called her SUPER BABY since she was born and she sure is our little super baby and we all love her so very much! She brings so much joy and happiness to our family. She ties us all together!

I had the fairy costume and hadn't gotten her photos taken yet. I would have taken them myself but I don't have lighting or back drops yet and if I tried outside she would just play with all the grass and not look at me to smile. So anyways, I had the fairy costume and had not used it yet so I decided to take it too! I think they turned out cute.
I think she looks like me, but has Andy's nose. It was lots of fun and she was super super good for me! So glad we went!

I was gone to the gym and Andrew was getting ready to feed Kamri Lasagna for dinner. So when I came home these are the photos that I was shown. Thank goodness my hubby is a sweetie and cleaned up the mess too!

He said she was hilarious shoving her face full of the noodles and have a blast! He said it was so cute and funny! In this photo you can see her two bottom teeth and her one fang tooth. She has 4 teeth all together, 2 bottom and 2 fangs...was a CUTIE PIE! My little vampire!

Bike Riding and Running!

Our nightly ritual is going on a short bike ride. Andy, Kamri and I, AJ, McKade, and Jadyn all hop on our bikes and go around our neighborhood on a bike ride. Kamri loves to be on the back of my bike (baby seat). She hates being in the stroller but loves the bike...so I get some exercise.

I have been a slacker on running to get ready for the half marathon in August. Yes, August 9th is my half marathon and I have not run since my triathlon. Summer hit and I have not had one free moment to run, unless I get up at 5am...I sure wish I was a morning person, but unfortunately I stay in bed as long as I possibly can. Kamri still wakes up in the night so I am super tired. One day I will have a full nights sleep....one day! So I need to get my butt in gear and start running again!

Andy's Golf Tournament

My husband is gone again! GOLFING! Surprise, surprise! Just kidding. I know he loves to do it and it is a good sport/hobby for him! He goes to Vernal for this tournament almost every year. He does well in it and usually wins something. YOU GO BABE, KICK SOME BUTT!

Coach Pitch and T-Ball Started this week

So Andy is gone for a week and Coach Pitch started for Kade and he is the coach. T-ball started for Jadyn and I am the coach. So it has been CRAZY! I asked my brother to help coach because the game wouldn't be over before Jadyn's started. So we were running around like mad on Monday night. I absolutely dislike coaching T-Ball...main reason it is so unstructured. You have little kids that are to little to be playing but since big brother is playing they think little brother should. Anyways I have this kid named Conner on my team. His older brother Andrew is on it too. So we are up to bat and they are in line to do it, but Conner won't listen and when the ball is hit he runs after it to get it even though we are up to bat. I tell him after every batter to sit here because it is not our turn to get the ball...his Dad tells him...but he still runs after it. His turn to bat and he hits it and chases the ball. He doesn't run to the base. So we finally get him on base and the ball was hit again and he goes to get it when he should be running to 2ND. Anyways it was quite funny yet so frustrating. Oh yeah we were getting rained on this whole time because the other coach was so gung-ho about playing...big loser, they are 5 and FREEZING! The game today was cancelled because of rain and I am so thankful...my kids were really disappointed but I wasn't...bad mom I know. Just couldn't help but feel relieved!

A little BBQ with the Cousins and Update

Matt (Andy's Brother), Chelsea, and their twins, Anna and Donovan came over on Saturday night for a little BBQ. It was fun, but what was more fun was seeing Kamri with them. She wanted to grab them and take their toys and play with them. She didn't know what to think at first because there was two of them...but she got used to it and loved every minute of it. When she first saw Anna, were telling her say hi Anna, say hi Anna, we said it a few times and I swear she said it...she said Anna...I heard it, Anycia heard it, Chelsea heard it, and Matt heard it. It was the weirdest thing...she never said it again but she did say it!
She has cousins on both sides of the family her age and she will have fun growing up with them.

Kamri is 8 months old and is very very mobile...she will walk from furniture to furniture holding on and she will stand on her own...soon she will be walking and then we will be in trouble. She has learned a new game. She has this little bucket and she will crawl to it and push it on the wood floor and then crawl to it and push it again and so forth...it is really cute! Kind of funny to watch.

McKade and Jadyn get to stay home for the summer and get babysat by AJ and Anycia. They are so excited that they don't have to go to daycare. They will get to ride bikes and play with neighbors. We got season passes to Seven Peaks so I took them on Friday (forgot the camera) it was perfect weather and not many people there so not many lines! Which made it even better! We had lots of fun but I got fried on my back...tried to have Jadyn, my 5 1/2 year old, put sunblock on, but that doesn't work well...oh well, learned my lesson! They start Coach Pitch and T-Ball tonight. It ought to be tons of fun!

Anycia just got back from being with her Mom for a week. She had fun and enjoys being with her mom, step siblings, and Grandparents.

AJ just got done at EFY for the week and he will be back up to spend the summer with us this weekend.

Andy Gone for a Week to Florida

Andrew is gone for a week to HOT HUMID Orlando, Florida for a conference! I tried to make it sound horrible because I wish I was there with him for a little vacation, but, nope, I got to stay home to be with kids and work! Oh well maybe next year.

I sure do miss him when he is gone...maybe I am just a little whupped? Can't wait for Friday to come and I get to pick him up at the airport! It can't come fast enough!
